Infant Massage
I completed my certification in infant massage instructor training, which promotes bonding and attachment, and provides reassurance for newborns. It also includes developmental massage routines for babies, starting from birth, as touch is the first sense to develop in the womb. These techniques can aid digestion and sleep, boost immunity, and support growth, development, and flexibility. Infant massage also helps parents build a strong bond with their baby and may reduce the risk of postnatal depression.

Holistic Sleep Support
Planned for Summer 2025
As a Holistic Sleep Coach trained under Dr Lynsey Hookway & BabyEm I support you to establish healthy sleep habits for your baby. My role is to provide guidance, support, and customised strategies to encourage better sleep patterns while considering your baby’s developmental needs. I will provide you with the knowledge and information on sleep routines, environment optimisation, soothing techniques, and ways to gently promote independent sleep when babys ready.
Please note I cannot offer medical advice or diagnose sleep disorders but instead provide you with practical approaches to improve rest for both your baby and your family. My focus is on understanding newborn sleep cycles, ensuring safe sleep practices, and easing any stress around sleepless nights.
